Assistance to the Client in the daily management of the site and respect of his requirements.

DESIGN STAGE

Co-ordinate the whole Project Team, in order to ensure the optimization of :

• the studies ;
• the autorisation procedure ;
• the progress of the several stages.

In collaboration with the Project Team, ensure the follow-up of the building permits requests.

Review the studies and works programmes.

Co-ordinate the studies between the Architects, the Structural Engineers and the M&E Engineers.

Organise the project’s meetings, the communication flow.

Advice in the selection of materials / technical solutions.

Control of the dossiers :

• Building permit ;
• Tender submission ;
• Tender.

Programme of the works.

Report to the Client.

TENDER STAGE

Assist in :

• the analysis of the tenders ;
• the contractors’ selection.

Report to the Client.

CONSTRUCTION STAGE

Follow-up of the works in progress.

Co-ordinate the Team.

Verify the minutes.

Review programme of the works.

Communication flow.

Schedule and attend :

• provisional acceptance ;
• final acceptance.

Review snagging after provisional acceptance.

« As-Built » drawings.

Issue notes on :

• Functioning ;
• guarantee ;
• maintenance.

Report to the Client.
